For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jili356," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jili356 online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the jili356 website accessible at https://jili356.net, its mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jili356 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jili356 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's jili356 Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by jili356.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) amounts deposited by the Player via approved payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the jili356 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jili356, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jili356. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with jili356's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jili356.

To be eligible to register and use the jili356 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines, participation in casino-style online gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold Accounts on jili356.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jili356, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jili356 Platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jili356 takes its obligations regarding underage gaming seriously. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, freeze any Balance, and conduct a full review. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

To access the full range of jili356 services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on jili356. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jili356 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jili356 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jili356 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

jili356 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and during routine compliance reviews. This process is standard practice for regulated gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.

All financial transactions on the jili356 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted by jili356 at any time without prior notice.
• jili356 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. jili356 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, jili356 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the Platform's cashier section.
• jili356 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may result in temporary holds on withdrawal processing.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

jili356 offers various bonuses, promotions, and vouchers to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jili356 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account.
• jili356 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, jili356 will provide reasonable notice before making material changes.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the jili356 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, keno, card games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• All games on jili356 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent technical audits.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the Platform and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jili356 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. jili356 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, feed failures, or events outside normal sporting parameters.
• jili356's decision on all game outcomes and dispute resolutions is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili356 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to jili356 support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jili356 Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with jili356.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jili356 staff or other Players.

jili356 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly within their Account settings at any time.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from jili356 may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• jili356 will not send promotional communications to Players who have activated self-exclusion.
• If jili356 identifies behavioral patterns consistent with problem gambling, we reserve the right to proactively apply account restrictions and contact the Player with information about support resources.

All content on the jili356 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili356 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jili356 Platform without prior written consent from jili356.
• The jili356 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of jili356. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jili356 regarding the Platform may be used by jili356 without obligation or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili356 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jili356's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game outcome information displayed on the Platform where the certified RNG result differs from a display error.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jili356's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili356 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

jili356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jili356 will notify the affected Player via their registered email address. Real Money Funds held in a suspended Account will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favor, funds will be released. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jili356 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jili356 Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact jili356 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jili356 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to jili356 via the contact details provided in Section 15. jili356 will issue a final written response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following jili356's final response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
4. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jili356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili356 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the jili356 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
